We visited Sumo Steak House for the first time this month to celebrate my son's birthday and had an awesome experience! Our chef was entertaining and fun and the food was amazing. We did spend over 100 for three people but we also ordered sushi. Definitely worth checking out for the delicious food and awesome experience alone!

Everytime my family and I eat here we leave sooooo full and happy! The food is a 10/10!!! The building looks rough on the outside but the atmosphere and service is top tier never have to ask for a refill and the chefs are so fun and amazing ! From the door to the table ... the staff are kind and attentive !

This hibachi spot has always been a favorite. The staff is friendly and attentive every time. We opted for the hibachi classics – chicken and filet mignon – and both were cooked to perfection. The fried rice was flavorful, but the real star was the gyoza. These were some of the crispiest and most delicious I've ever had. We decided to treat ourselves to the Osaka sushi roll, and it did not disappoint. The combination of flavors and textures was incredible!

Took my daughter, son in law and girlfriend here for a Friday night dinner. We had an excellent chef at our table. His banter was funny and had everyone at the table in a lite and relaxed mood. The food was well prepared, very tasty, and at the exact right temperature. We all left the restaurant very happy and full!
Don’t let the old building fool you—this place is amazing! We had lunch here and were shocked by the huge portions for such a great price. We chose not to do the hibachi grill and ordered bento boxes. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, including the sushi rolls. Friendly service and excellent value make Sumo Japanese a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!
